Refunds & Exchanges

We've worked hard designing our products and we hope you love them as much as we do but if your product is not what you expected we offer refunds (excluding shipping costs) on most products as long as they are received by us unopened and unused within 21 days. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs

Custom or personalised items, cake and cupcake toppers are exempt from our refund policy. Of course, if your item is not what you ordered or arrives damaged please let us know.

We do not refund orders that are lost or not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

• PRINTABLE TEMPLATES •

Due to the digital nature of instant downloadable templates, we do not offer returns or refunds for templates that have been edited and downloaded. Please ensure you have read the listing description and previewed the template via the demo link in the product description. Please contact us before purchasing if you need clarification on an item.

If you've purchased a digital template by mistake please let us know BEFORE downloading it and we'll happily refund it, once the file has been downloaded we cannot refund it as it cannot be returned.

Please note that because all computer monitors and printers are calibrated differently, colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen to the printed product.
